I just listed 128 Rosewood Rd in Hamilton. It’s right by Queenston Circle, which is just a kilometre or so from the Red Hill Valley Parkway.
This is my second listing on the street in the last month, and I’ve gotten to really fall for this location.
Rosewood Rd is on the cusp of Bartonville and Glenview, with Glenview crossing over Parkdale Ave S.
It helps that it’s only a 10 minute drive from my house on the East Mountain!
I’ve been popping down to that area to drop off staging stuff, and of course for open houses. The neighbours at the open houses are always very friendly. A lot of the neighbours I’ve met at open houses in this area say that they may be interested in moving, but only to get a bigger/smaller house in the same neighbourhood!
People love living here.
There’s always people walking their dogs, and Rosewood a quiet and peaceful street.
Nestled between Queenston Rd and King St E, Rosewood Rd is a wide road, which leaves room for traffic in all ways, as well as lots of street parking!
You could walk to get lunch from nearby Tim Hortons, Subway, Pho, or the classic Bedrock Bistro. There’s also Pizza and BBQ nearby!
If you have little ones, they could attend nearby Viscount Montgomery School, Sir Winston Churchill, or Rosedale Elementary School. Parkdale is also close.
To grab groceries, just head south on Rosewood and visit the Metro, very convenient.
If you’re interested in sports, you could head over to Pat Quinn outdoor pool and arena, or one of many parks, like Montgomery, Parkdale, or Sir Winston Churchill.
