The night I got home from my Conference trip to Ottawa, I saw this condo hit the market for $219,000 in the Super Cute Corktown.
So cheap! I thought, so I went to see it the next morning.
I impulsively bought it that day in April, and closed May 15th.
It all happened so quickly… including the reno!
