How a Realtor can Help a Tenant

Buying and Selling isn’t the scope of my work.  I also help people find a home they love, to lease.

Steps:

– Email me to let me know your Price Range, Location and Requirements (# of bedrooms, parking etc)
Then,
-I will set you up with your Customized Online Home Search Portal that you can access new listings on, and I will update via email you properties that just get listed on the MLS (Multiple Listing Service).
-If you see any you like on your Portal, Call, Text or Email me to make an appointment to see them in person.

When working with a Realtor to find a property, they require all the documents that a ‘regular’ Landlord would need from you.

  • Proof of Income (Bank Statements & Pay Stubs)
  • Photo ID
  • Job Letter
  • References
  • Credit Check
  • Rental Application
  • Possibly a Bank Letter (saying your account is in good standing)

If Approved, First and Last Month’s rent in Bank Draft, made out to the Listing Brokerage
The Listing Brokerage (Landlord), pays me a commission for finding them a great Tenant, so there is no cost to you.
I would urge you to check Kijiji, Padmapper.ca, Walkscore.com, to name a few, which will have more rental listings then the MLS.

Just Email me Your Search Criteria and I would be happy to Explore some Housing Options for you.
Thanks for getting in touch!
